The Eco House

Globally, the carbon footprint is being discussed more than often and people are aware of the situation and the problems with the carbon emissions. However, the 24 hour fuel oil suppliers continue to enjoy more and more customers and people continue to use more and more energy resulting in carbon emissions released in the air. This is why being informed and aware of the carbon situation is simply not enough - real actions are necessary if we want to actuallu reduce the effect of CO2 over our eco system and life.

Individuals, however, are starting to become more and more compationate about that stuff. A particular example is the Eco House - project of a home that uses less energy that an ordinary house and thus indirectly influences the carbon effect over the atmosphere.

The Eco houses are particularly famous in Germany and Switzerland - many people develop projects to limit the usage of energy and thus contribute even a bit for the preservation of the atmospheric air. The eco house needs two times less energy than the ordinary home and everything is developed to make this work.

The construction is made from special type of concrete that preserves the warmth within the premises - thus less energy would be spent on heating. The open windows and isolation blocks contribute to the lower energy consumption and the solar panels and small wind turbines reduce significantly the amount of energy that the house would requite from an external source. The greenmass within the house (question of design) would recycle the air and less would be spent on electricity for ventilation.

This is truly a fascinating approach and individuals are getting more and more attracted by it - it not only saves you quite a lot of money, but contributes to the development of the environmentally friendly lifestyle, caring for the world around us.
