So we set up the c-change trust in June 2006 to give businesses and individuals the opportunity to make a charitable donation based on their own carbon footprint. As a U.K. charity (reg no. 1113341), we guarantee that 75p of every ?1 will go towards reinstating native broadleaf woodlands in the U.K. for the benefit of the community. Tree planting is an established method of absorbing carbon. Our woodlands will also be used as centres for environmental education.
